'69 X77 302DZ Camaro Barn Find

What's this car worth? It is a barn find that was just offered to me for the right price, if I offer it, from THE ORIGINAL OWNER.
OK about the car:
99000 miles on the car, it is fair to rough. He has all documentation, protect-o-plate. It has the original 302DZ engine, single 4 barrell carb, M21, 12 bolt, fold down rear seat, all numbers matching except for the starter and altenator. The car has the original battery in it. It is nicely optioned as well, rear defrost, power disk brakes, guage package, everything is there. I just don't know what it's worth. I work with the guys wife and he wanted to offer it to me before anyone else.
