so the scammer hijacks some poor guys user ID, probably one he picked up on a phishing trip, the legitamate Ebayer has no idea whats going on as the scammer asks for email to another address. I sent note to the ebayer that his ID was being used in a scam and he should change all his passwords especially paypal !! poor sap.

I did that and reported it a while ago ( when i bid the Mil)
I wish they could find these cretons

I notice that Ebay is still allowing these ads, even with the new OK law in effect. Is it possible Ebay doesn't even know about the law yet? They're letting themselves liable as a part in an illegal action.
