Correct-a-mundo!! Now there is one car without a vin plate, and the original car has it's original vin plate along with the state issued replacement. Took a while, but, it ended good - almost, the guy without a vin needs his money back

The guy without the VIN should be able to get a state issued plate to match the firewall VIN on his car. But he would still need a title.
These collector car charades will sure make a mess out of ownership issues in the future ! ![]()
