That's my 'ol Iowa buddy Gordon's hoard!! I was on the phone with him yesterday, he told me the convert was going to a friend soon. And you are right, the last time they moved was when he moved decades ago. I'm happy to see something happening with this great 427 car!!...

Gordon has been twisting my arm to buy the coupe, but I'm just not ready for more projects. - Bill W

Say what ?? He offers you a car like that and you turn it down ? You may as well store it until you are ready, rather than have it continue to sit in the weather.

Hook up the Conestoga. We'll run team...CA and back in 4 days..

Well Mitch, if I brought home another project I'd have to change my SYC handle to "Has more projects than does Too Many Projects"!

Bandit run to CA and back in 96?? BTDT. The last car I bought in CA, S.F. Bay to IA solo non stop. I'm too old for that chit! haha!!

I can pass the handle along to a more deserving person... I'm sure there are others on here with more than me.
Yeah, I can feel the old body slowing down now too. I don't think I have anymore 36-48 hr runs left either. I did do 18 hrs twice in Feb on my to and back from FL.

Is it a 4 speed ?

Was wondering if it had the original engine. Sad it's gone, but you should be able to find a running BB to drop in to make it a "yard driver" for now and keep watch for a '67 L36 engine.
