I can replate and replace the pressure valve and seals on RC-15 rad caps if anybody is interested. I know Mike Angelo has seen my work. If the cap is rust pitted it doesn't make much sense to do because polishing out the pits causes you to lose the definition of the stamping. A nice core will come out like NOS.

MA is a grouchy old Dago from Ohio. Don't let that outer shell fool ya.....he can do pretty much anything if he likes you! Ever see his shifters and parking lite housings? Cook him up a plate of spaghetti and white clam sauce. Then he will do it for ya!
