John
Let me re state my question. What I was asking, was who was the seeling Chevrolet dealer when the car was new ? I understood you bought it at BJ. I seem to think it came from Lyle Chevy in Cuyahoga Falls.
A friend of mine in our area bought the car and sold it to the guy in MI. I parked next to your car more than a few times at the local cruise nights. It is a sweetheart.

I think I would call it "kind" of orig. paint as I think I recall it looked like someone had cleared over the orig. paint.

Charlie is right. We saw it locally in Cuyahoga Falls,OH when it first came available years ago. It has been extensively "retouched" and cleared over.

I believe the only part touched up is the back of the right rear quarter panel and no one tried hidding it when it was done. I do not believe it was extensively touched up. As for it being cleared the paint looks so nice it looks to be cleared over but there is no evidence of any tape marks or overspray any where if it is cleared it is definetly original paint under it. it possible some one cleared it many years ago I guess but like I said there is no traces of clear the paint just looks to nice.

The car has been to a few car shows in the area but only has had about 2,000 miles put on it in 9 years.

John...I just made the connection...this is Nick, Jim D's friend. Hope you are doing well. I sold Jim's old green 67 to Rick Hendrick, working on finding a 435 now.

Fantastic car. How is this in my back yard and I've never seen it before?

Neat car.. I remember seeing it at the Solon Commons Tuesday Night Cruise almost every week years back when Freddie owned it...

This car is a great candidate for Vintage Certification at MCACN if Glenn still has it next year.
