Is there any database for 1969 COPO Camaro engine numbers and date codes?

Interesting Snowflake and "@" mark at the 5 o'clock position.

What is the info on the drivers side rear block are on the bell flange?
I see it a raised set of info, unclear!, placed all the way to the very left near a securing hole.

Got any other numberings raised catsed into the side of this block or anywhere else???
