Jeff,
Great pics, thanks for sharing. I've seen the picture with all the blocks before however I have never seen the pic of Bill Smith prior to now. His signature is on one of the sales receipts I have when my engine was bought new from Yenko. Is he still alive these days? Any chance of contacting him?

Thanks
Andy

How about this fairly recent picture of a truck bed full of Yenko alloy blocks...

The guy ended up with the remaining inventory of blocks...has an assortment of styles, iirc...only problem is, all of his blocks are unmachined (no accessory holes, etc)...just rough catings. I was wanting to do some dealing on our Y-E-N-K-O block for a Y-Crest block, and he was needing our block for all the machining locations/dimensions, but I didn't feel like giving him our block + arm&leg.

Well,
I did some internet research to find that Billed passed away in 86 so that answers at least one of my questions. My appologies to anyone who may have taken offense due to my stupidity.
