It was the high output ls6. The color was a dark maroon almost black with a white top. The interior was black.

When (i.e., what year(s)) did you own it, Mickey? If it was early on, and was still the original color, it would have been called 'black cherry'.
Not too many people have had the privilege of owning a 1970 LS6 convertible!

I heard of one that is very close to, if not exactly, that color combination also. It was in the Chicago area a couple years ago.
I'll ask around and see what VIN they have. |
