Jeff,
I did a PA title search and was able to get PO information back to 1974 when the car was first registered in PA. I called the PA DMV and asked about what owner history info they had on car and was told they had info back to 1974. She told me what form to fill out and send in with the fee and they would send me the info. Good Luck
