Got my copy and buried my nose in it for over an hour last night after dinner. I'll have to go back and read page 137. Love the original owner Corvette Bronze '68 RS/SS 427!!! Marty also said that JoeG's Chevelle "still has it's new car smell." Joe, can you bottle some of that and send it to me???

I got my Motion books this morning. I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed the book. It is a must read. The best way that I can put it is that this book is second only to the Holy Bible!!!!!!!

Your right about that original owner (Corvette Bronze)'68 RS/SS 427 ..........it's a beauty!!!!!!!!
I've been leaving burgers and fries on my seats to try and recapture that old time crusing smell......

Does the bronze car have aluminum slots. I know of an original owner bronze car in my area that was supposedly the first car to get the slots.

I showed a young guy at work what a dealership looked like when cars were cool.
He thought it was pretty cool, but he can look at a Honda dealership & tell you what all the cars are.
I have to look at the name to know if it is Honda, Toyota, Kia, etc ... Oh well

Excellent well written book with great photos. On page 34 there is a reference to Dr. Charles Hash as a previous owner of the King Cobra. Back in 1990 or 1991 I purchased a 70 Shelby GT500 from him and he happen to show me this blue 1966 Cobra. He mentioned it had been a drag modified Cobra. Well what I was looking at was Clem Hoppe's King Cobra. Amazing...simply amazing
