Someone can say their name is Spongebob Squarepants and a field validation would not capture that let alone fake adresses and phone numbers.

This is true but when a known fraud and scammer is caught and reported publically not by one but by several on this board, they and their IPL should be banned immediately. Especially when the person uses several different aliases.
