Hey, that's my neighbor in the Yellow Coupe. His first Power Tour, and he just told me he would do it again in a Heartbeat. He said he looked for you just to say Hi but never could find you. He found Gary's and Mark's Biscaynes but never did find your Chevelles.
One of the guys in his 'pack' was Brian Rudolph from Godfrey, IL, the winner of one of the Crate Motors.

I tried to post something earlier but the 'puter had a mind of it's own so I'll try to say it again.

Ken, a couple of big for documenting the trip for all of us who couldn't be there.

You're tops.............. in a number of ways!

Thanks to Charley and Ken, it was a great week. 2,495 miles and only a few (relative) minor issues to deal with.

Power Tour Thought's............After doing this for 4 years........I would have to say that this was the "Best" year ever.......Starting with going to Memphis before the Tour started......Getting up that first morning and meeting up with Charley, Shirley, and Jody with "No" plans at all and going to see the Ducks at The Peabody, The Gibson Guitar Factory, "Finding" the Arcade Grill



and eating the "Elvis Special" Grilled Peanut and Bananna
Sandwich

Picking up Charley's cars and going to Graceland.....Then having Robert as our Waiter at the Rendevous.......(He's a "Hoot").........getting back to the Hotel and Gary's Power Steering box went out (He finished fixing it just as we got back)........The Experience's at the different Venue's



The Lady that was "Hyperventilating" that her Corvette might get wet in Ames



Charley's Exhaust Pipes........



"And" Broken Rocker Arm......




Touring the Speedway Museum.........

Walking thru a Swampy Field to get to a Steakhouse for Charley and Shirley's wedding aniversary only to find it was closed.....so we had to settled for Mexican.....LOL

Driving To Madison not knowing what Roads were open......





There were even "Cars" there......It's not the Trip, But the Journey..........
