Here is a shot prior to blower motor installation but it will show the difference in gloss lever between the firewall and heater box. Though they look zinc in this photo, the speed nuts should be black oxide.
Note on Leed's cars, there is a layer of undercoating sprayed just above the heater box. This is a Baltimore car and therefore does not have it. ![]()
