			Wow, Hamilton Watch Company, Lancaster, PA.  Long gone.  I think the building has been converted into apartments and condos.  Hamilton trained and employed MANY skilled watchmakers over the years.  Great American know-how gone forever.

			Wow I know this one!..  I used to drive by here twice a day. Of course it was never this nice.. Was real run down and being used as a residence with junk sitting all over the place.  I heard it burnt down a couple years ago.. nothing there now but the wall.  This spot is on RT 30 (Lincoln Hwy) about 7 miles west of Schellsburg, PA. called Grandview Point.  If you look it up on Google Earth there is a photo of it the way I remember seeing it every day.  Pretty cool to see what it looked like back in the day.    |
