"Hide an auction" ? The economy is in the tank. Prices on everything has tanked except for the price of gas. I know one bidder that was set to buy a couple of the significant cars but is very unsure of things because his business involves transportation and the price of diesel is a big concern.
People have been bitching for the last few years about how over priced the cars are. Now that the prices are dropping they are bitching about prices dropping. There are a bunch of cars that used to sell on the 60K-70K range that over the last few years have jumped over 100-200K that will probably come back down again.
