Mine were ceramic coated and painted with Eastwood's Manifold grey paint.. They look very nice.. I have had them done about 2 years now and have had no rust issues.. I like them looking this way..
When they start to rust I will let them go and then they will look "correct" as it did back in 1970 & discussed earlier in the thread here. Mine will just stay painted and fresh looking a little longer due to being ceramic coated and painted, longer than what came out of the factory!! ![]() Rich

Curious to SEE or Read, as to how Ceramic Coating (like Jet Hot ???) changed the complexion of cast iron......how it changed the porous look and rough texture of sand casting ?????
