My car is also a 01C Norwood build. My engine was assembled in Nov 69....

It appears to be the correct original to me. The re-pop ones don't have the raised fins on the top of each side, and they have a large gap where they meet the rad support.
They are easy to spot, as they stick out from a mile away. |
