69 BB upper alt bracket

Don't get me started on reproduction sh!t! Half of what I have ordered has had to be returned. I am down to the wire on these two cars and I have to deal with this crap!

I might have one and will look for you.

Albert, you are supposed to stick a crowbar in the slot that the upper alt bolt goes thru and then bend the main body. You wont have any adjustment ability in the belt so make sure you get one that is about 1/4 on an inch longer than when the alt is positioned closest to the water pump. If you try and go beyond that the bolt will strip. They are the worst reproduction part ever made. But if you work on them for 4/5 hours youll get it working decent.

I try and buy every original i can get my hand on.

Sorry Al. I was SURE I had a 69 bracket but cannot find it anywhere.

Just took a look in my stash..no luck, only 70 parts...made a few calls....Sully has one...you will here from shortly. If it turns out not to be correct...you can borrow one off our restored cars for the show....I will also check our other storage bin...good luck.
