this guy is a spin master!! here is dialogue from an air cleaner decal sale.

Q: I noticed a question asked by a potential buyer. You don't mention if GM backed this decal. If this is an officially backed GM decal, please e-mail me immediately, I have never seen such an item before. I collect authentic and vintage GM merchandise.
