Around $195,000. Thorton Auto Body did it. The Oldsmobile guys! I believe there were 2 other verts that were in the 70-$80,000 range in those years.

[/ QUOTE ] Was this the Blue and White one that went across the block Saturday afternoon? I thought auctioneer said the owner wanted a $100000 for it,I may be mistaken it with another car. Ray

The Thornton boys are doing some of THE finest Oldsmobile restos in the country. Many of the elite Olds collectors are using Troy Thornton. The car that sold at Atlantic City auction was a standard 1972 442 v-code ragtop.
