Bill;
Bruce is correct, all you need to do is mount the pump directly to the frame without any insulators on the mounts, it'll buzz the fillings outta your teeth. A Holley red or blue electric pump (with the required pressure regulator on the blue, no more than 7 psi at the carb) should suit you just fine. Eric
