http://www.allencorvetteexhaustsystems.com/ Maybe this is who you're talking about. They make a great product. I know it's a bit on the newer side, but I have their stainless chambered under-the-car exhaust on my '96 LT-4 Corvette and it sounds wild. My gas mileage is terrible actually because i just loving winging the motor up on the gear changes listening to those pipes!
