Yes the basecoat is reduced with water. The rest of the system is still petro based. I asked alot of questions on what clear to use and sikkens superior 250 is a knock out! The shine is incredible and very scratch resistant.
Jed just come up and see it first hand at the heartland nova reunion in june.  Joe
