My Black 70 SS convert has the original delete plate still in place. Chuck Hanson took picts to put in the Chevelle mag some time back. Yes the speakers show just a - - and there is no radio option on the options area. Jim

Jim, thanks for info on delete plate. My plate was gone by the time my brother and i had found the car back in 1989. Mr70 the black int. has bench seat. I had tracked the # match to NY at one point, but lost track. Still have # match trans, rear. The car was street raced alot and the original eng. had been out 3 times for a bad rodbearing. The last time they put another eng. in the car. Having the original buildsheet (some) wouldn't be so truthful about #'s if they thought they might sell one day. We have always wanted a 69 camaro and 70 chevelle, and now we have 69 rs/ss conv. and 70 chevelle ss conv.
