don't get me started about making things that go boom. I'm not sure about the statute of limitations. long before Algore invented the internet we were drilling holes in black pipe and capping it after stuffing it with match heads and black powder from cut open shot gun shells. when we ran out of caps we melted fishing weights into globs and the homemade cannon was born. ouch!
