If a moderator revokes one's posting ability with a "timeout" and that is not considered being banned, I guess I am wrong. No drama here....BKH

As a admin you have access to the thread where I told you he was not banned. If he is not posting it is his choice. He is not banned and hasn't had his privledges missing for more than a few hours.
