You can just register with a bill of sale on pre-title cars (Pre-'73/'74)..right? or are they specifying "no paperwork"?

The auction company now has the cars & parts listed on ebay and is taking "pre-auction" bids that will supposedly be reported at the time of the physical auction. They also have everything listed on another live auction web site, both requiring a 20% buyers premium. And he has set reserves on all the items and given the owner the right to place his own bids up to the reserves. So, if you're planning on attending, just imagine standing there out in the cold with your bidders paddle while the auctioneer is busy refreshing his laptops and informing you that you have been out-bid! No chance for hanky-panky I'm sure....

I was going to go. I was ready for a good, no crap, no reserve auction. Now seems like there are lots of strings being attached and contingency guidelines being instituted as the auction approaches??? Can you spell SHILL Bidders...

It gets even more interesting.......
Compare these two photos of the '61 409 2x4 car..

Notice anything different? I wonder how that 6cyl trunk emblem suddenly became a 348-409 trunk emblem?????? Like I said...........certainly no hanky-panky goin' on here.........
