My thoughts exactly.
No disrespect Howard,but what you are suggesting to do is like throwing the baby out with the bathwater.
Who ever painted them on should be ridiculed for what they did,but don't take it out on the car.

Was not the Black LS-6 Chevelle brought to B/J by Mark Young(aka The Z-28 factory). Interested to read if anybody challenged MR.Young on the incorrect stripes.
