State inspection decals

The sticker on the right is the NYS DMV registration sticker...up until recently NY registratons and inspections were an annual affair...then some gov't genius decided that registratons would be good for 2 years...that way they get more $$$ upfront..safety inpsections are still annual....back in the day the reg and inspection would run together...unless you forgot to renew on time and then there may be a minor differnce in dates....tom
