I don't have the information for your particular car, but Those paint numbers can be found in the issue of Chevrolet Service News which announces all the New Product Features for the upcoming year. Also, I'd believe an old auto body paint supply store would have the formulas in old books, crossed from the Trim code on the cowl tag.
