Interior plastic paint. What works,

Darren, I used the Fade Away Vinyl Recoloring System from Just Dashes. I have some blue left over from doing my interior pieces for my 69 Chevelle. If you send them an original piece with the correct color, they will match it. It is a little expensive for all you need though, I think a 1 quart kit cost me $115 back then but I did all my vinyl and plastic pieces for my Chevelle.
