Thanks guys. This Galaxie 427 is definitely cool. The car looks so innocent and if it wasnt for the Tow Tabs and the 427 Flags on the front fenders, you'd think this car was an old man's car. Talk about Sleepers, this is one of the ultimate sleepers! I dont think there are too many early Ford's that get me fired up as much as these Galaxie's and of course the Thunderbolts. These cars were actually fairly successful on the track considering the size and weight. This car is a real 27,000 Mile car 427-425hp,

Sam, Im sorry, I will have more photos of the Galaxie before the week is through. I have a couple of Mopar Lightweights including the 63 Dodge 330 Aluminum Front car that raced in the Final Round of the 1963 Nationals at Indy in AFX Class against Arnie Beswicks "Grocery Getter" AFX SD Tempest Wagon. I have some great photos of the two cars coming off the line. Thanks again.

Would love to see some pix of your AL front-end 330 S/S. Start a new thread or better yet submit the photos to Xplantdad for a member's rides.
