I had an NOS front fender sent to me from a Chevy dealership in Alabama. When I recieved it, it was all dented up and FedEx would not do anything about it. They said they have a special agreement with GM dealerships that excluded them from liability. The dealer eventually gave me my $$$ back, but I had to pay the shipping to get it back to them.
So, I am sympathetic with your cause and don't mind helping. Jim
