Here is a '67 decklid. Only had holes in teh underframe to mount the emblem, none for the spoiler.

I believe the luggage rack was a dealer add-on, so the decklid would have been the same.

This is off the top of my head, so it might not be exact and I can't remember the third 67 variation:
67 - no emblem holes - with emblem holes 68 - spoiler access holes 69 - " " - with tabs around outside - no tabs

There was a great article in Muscle Car Review that showed the differences in the 3 '69 trunk lids. Brian Henderson provided the information for this article. If I remember correctly it was about restoration mistakes for '69 Camaros. I can try to dig up the article and scan it if anyone is interested.

I know July cars did and I believe June as well.
