Funny, most people never think to wash the can or bottle they take from the fridge in the local convenience store.
You should see the vermon and the droppings in the storage area! I prefer to drink from the garden hose.

The Hotels I stay at can't afford REAL GLASS! They have plastic cups sealed in plastic wrapping!I am talking MOTEL 6,MOTEL SUPER 8.All I need is a good A/C and a safe,clean place to sleep! Now if the Wife is with me then it is different!Did anyone watch the deal on TV about the bedspreads and linens in a lot of the hotels! Talk about disgusting!Now that was VERY DISGUSTING! Damn near makes you wan't to just sleep in the rental car! LOL

I also stay at regular guy hotels and the cups are in plastic. I stay out of town each week and have gotten used to hotels but never ever lay or sit on any bedspread, I fold it back and will only lay on the sheets since they get washed and the bedspreads do not.... the coffee makers in rooms are another place for problems as they don't get cleaned well and they are open for pranksters to do something to. Ever walk on the carpet barefoot then step into a shower? Even the cleanest hotels will have so much dirt in the carpet that the first water to run into the drain will be brown..... Ahh the life of a road warrior....

Oh yes I can see it now In a hotel close to Carlyle
fall show. Bed bugs everywhere, and how do you explain it to your wife if you get a dose. Getting an " <u>"infestation of the inner gimpnoid"</u> is not my idea of a great hotel room.

I always wondered why well off people drove around in cumbersome motorhomes when they could just drive a car and pull in at a nice Motel. Motor homes are sounding better already.......with a car hauler behind.

I guess I could install a camper top on the Silverado and start hanging out at KOA campgrounds.... Probably meet lots of interesting people.....

I always take the bedspread completely off the bed, turn the tv to a channel I want then go wash my hands. the remote cntrol in hotels creeps me out.
talking about soda cans, how about canned food. always wash the tops of the cans, the lid falls into the can most of the time when you open it and contains anything that falls on it.

Yes, I just heard not too long ago that a woman became very ill and died due to some contamination that was on the top of the soda can she drank out of.. I think it had something to do with dried rat urine...
