-------I know a few of us are a bit loosely wrapped on this sight, but I just dont see any of us doing the kind of burn-out pictured in this thread on the street, or anywhere close to it for that matter.........Bill S

You'd be far safer riding a bicycle than being anywhere near that tire if it disintegrates while spinning at speed.

Run over a rock just right, fall off bike, hit your head and you might die. It looked to me like the people were back behind the concrete barriers.

Regarding what Charley said, I saw a lady, a few years ago, who went over the handle bars on her bike. Looked like she had been dragged down the road behind a car on the end of a rope. Don't think I've ever seen anyone beat up as bad. I'm still with Buggs Bunny on the Corvette burnout though.

Chevelleless after 46 years......but we did find a low mileage, six speed, silver 2005 Corvette. It will just have to do for now.
