57 Studebaker Golden Hawk (supercharged)
Buick Century - strangely, I think this fits closest. If you're going to define a muscle car as the big engine put in the small body, it's bang on.

possibly the first big engine, light body: 50 Olds 88

Chrysler 300's. Awesome cars.

Didn't they just feature one in Hemmings Muscle machines? Where ever it was...it was a very interesting article!
