OK, truth be told, a tree had fallen over the trink lid crushing the rear 1/4's. Previous owner had a shop weld top half of a 1/4 to the lower part. Note the seam weld from iside the trunk space. That won't work for me so...

The fenders were garbage so new fenders to be installed

Beautiful job!!! Im curious Is this car a real RT? In your unrestored photo I see the car had a non rally dash and I always thought the Rally dash with the tach was standard on RT's. I see now that you put the correct dash in.
