Looks like a friend on mine took his P-51 "Cripes a Mighty" and was selected as the Overall Winner and Best Military winner of the RR Heritage Trophy at Reno this year

I told you the prices of these planes were going up in Value when he climbed into the cockpit..

Here's the Link and his NAME !!!

Wow. I had a lot of respect for him as a Musclecar collector but had no idea he was into Warbirds as well. If I ever have the pleasure of meeting him I will now have even more to talk about.

I took a look at the website regarding "Cripes-A-Mighty".
Real nice P-51 example. It even has the 50 cal. machine
guns in the wings along with ammunition ( inert I hope ),
gun sights, rear view mirrors, etc..

Now that one Mustang no Supercar gonna catch.

Nuch

Yeah, but he can catch you!
Tomorrow is the first day of the Gathering of Mustangs show.
I hope to start a new thread and post pics as time permits.
Both of the "Cripes" will be in attendance, #s III & IV.

Spartans and Beech Staggerwings are among my favorites from the late-'30s. They were the Learjets of their day.
