Very manly sound. Nice demo. Love the plate. Gutsiest move Pontiac made in 1970.

yes, very manly for 1970. however, gutsy would have been to dump the exhaust from the engine pipe, not just redirect a baffle inside the muffler so it sounds like a school bus.

For 2007 it seems like a lot of work for small result, anyone have photos of the guts? a cut away diagram maybe?

my kid is constantly asking me to operate my chevelle with open headers. (because Uncle Mike does) I've never really considered doing that, or even one of those welded in cable operated flappers. does anyone use any of that stuff?
