I know that was alot of money but he wouldn't sell it. The guy started at 15k and ended up at 40k. He told me he was a neighbor from the city with alot of money. He just wanted to buy it and put it away. Just going on what the guy told me.

Saw the car at Lebanon Valley yesterday. Looked like a very original survivor. Should be cleaned and detailed then driven and enjoyed. Keep from being an overdone trailer queen. They are only original once!!!

I just noticed that this car has a 4-core bent neck radiator.

I wouldn't even clean and detail the engine. Then it looks like EVERY single other one out there. When you see an engine out like the one in that car, you just KNOW that you're looking at the real thing with nobody asking 'is it real or a clone?' No questions here.

Nuch [/ QUOTE ] A friend of mine had a 69 L78 Vert w/the bent tube radiator, it was a survivor too, I think the air condition radiators were used as needed to keep production going ?? Mike A |
