for what she is I dont think she should be a casino To me it like that Yenko that we see all the time rotting away in some one back yard she need to run the waves at high speeds

My comment was mostly tongue-in-cheek, although that's maybe the only way to finance a restoration of that magnitude. Sad, but true.

I used to work for Moran towing in Philly (tug boats) passed it almost every day, always takes my breath away. She can only be taken out to sea on a Moon Low tide to get under the Walt Whitman. Huge ship though, and all the rat stops came off the ropes. Who knows whats living on that ship right now.

A 'rat stop' is a disc that is fitted to the cables or ropes that hold a ship to the dock. It prevents rats from entering or leaving a ship by tightrope walking.
