Hey thanks.
I new the reg. Novas didnt have white letters in 69 it was'nt an option until 72 i think but i didnt know if Yenko put white letter tires on at his dealership or what. Thanks for the info. ![]()

Anything is possible at the dealership, but Yenko was not known to change tires. The 70 Deuces were re-fitted with Magnum 500 wheels in place of the factory delivered XT's, but the original white stripe E-70-14 were retained. Few 69 Yenko Nova day one pictures exist, but the ones that do clearly show redlines. It was not until 1981 that the Yenko Turbo Z's saw a tire change going with the then state of the art Goodyear Wingfoot tires....BKH
