We did not have any cameras with us in those years. Mom had a Kodak Brownie but never carried it with us. That was too bad. We have few pictures of my Dad drag racing all through the 60s. On the Dick Harrell site, they show Dick in front of his car at the drag strip. That is here at our track, KCIR. Dick at KCIR

This is a tacky, blatant attempt to show off Dad's car but look at the background at the end of the track. In fact, if you could see the high res version, you will see the same red and white painted poles on the left side of the strip you see in Dick's photograph form around 1969 or so.
