Does that mean that every Yenko Camaro VIN is accounted for as far as production info? If I look at a Camaro that's supposed to be a Yenko and the vin is on the list then (assuming it's not a restamp in some way) it would be authentic?

Nope! These lists were assembled via many items of information, some of which were not 100% reliable - most notably were Yenko's Inventory Sheets! So, these lists are available as a guide only. The true determination will need to factor many variables - just like most GM cars. Unfortunate, but....
