Looking at a Google earth map of Tulsa and I see that big Arkansas river runninh within blocks of the downtown. then I did a google search of "Tulsa Floods". The outcome of this car was predictable. Tulsa had major flooding through the 60's 70's and 80's. That thing never had a chance. It probably got wet before the 60's and has been wet since.
Saw some of the still photos and there is a piece of leaf spring being held by a police officer.
