Default Re: buried car: doesnt look good

I first heard about the buried car five years ago and was telling a friend, who is an engineer specializing in irrigation and groundwater and he laughed his ass off. He predicted a soggy mess.

The concrete tomb would have had to be sealed sides bottem and top with a watertight membrane, and with that there was no guarantee that there wouldnt be some leaking before 50 years was up. Anybody ever have a roof guaranteed for 50 years?
