I understand it'll go back east to the original fabricator who worked on the car in 1969...he restored the car 2 years back.

It looks like Ron was the original bodyman, Checkout http://taperfresto.com look under "Penske Camaro" The hood is a work of art and anyone who could pound out and stretch a rear quarter panel on a 69 Camaro without welding is a metal god.

Great pictures of vintage race cars. Bummer about any car that was damaged. So how did the Dodge/Plymouth cars get away with running rear discs if it was never an option? Or was it an over the counter option on the AAR and TA cars?
