[ QUOTE ]
Dan, nice engine shots! ![]() I noticed that the unrestored LS-6 and the L-88 both had natural colored engine lift hooks. They're usually done in orange. Do you know if the LS-6 intake was ever taken off or freshened-up? Also, the '66 L/72 ( again unrestored ) looked great. I espacially liked the amount of overspray remaining on the exhaust manifolds. BTW, I'd like to see more of the '66 L/72 engine shots if you have them. Steve [/ QUOTE ] Steve, I wish I could give you an answer but I cannot. I would imagine the LS6 has never had a freshening, but that is a guess. As for the L88, it is a frame off restoration car so I would imagine the intake ans related parts have been restored. The '66 L72 unrestored car is something else. I will scrap together some more pictures.
